We use UPS and USPS for our delivery services and only ship within the United States and Canada. Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the weight and destination of your order. Please Note: UPS is not available as a shipping method for customers in Alaska or Hawaii. Customers shipping to Alaska or Hawaii must choose USPS Priority Mail (Domestic) as the shipping method at checkout. Customers shipping to Canada must choose UPS Standard to Canada as their shipping method at checkout.
Please note: We cannot guarantee that USPS Track and Confirm will be available when shipping with USPS. If you need to track your package please choose UPS as your shipping method.
Upon occasion packages may be returned to us as undeliverable. If this happens we will contact to you to let you know that your package was sent back to us. If you would like to have your order reshipped you will be instructed to provide us with a different address. If you decide you do not wish to have your order reshipped we will credit your order back less any shipping/handling charges. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
There may also be occasions where your package may be lost, stolen or even damaged during shipment. The Body Cabana is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during shipment.
