Welcome to The Body Cabana! We would like to thank you for visiting and shopping with The Body Cabana. Our goal is to offer our customers a variety of body jewelry products, exceptional customer service and an enjoyable shopping experience. We only offer body jewelry products made of the highest quality at affordable prices. Ordering Information

Order Processing

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days excluding holidays. If you have questions about your order please contact us at orders@bodycabana.com . We will respond back to you within 24 hours.

We want our customers to feel safe about placing orders online. That is why our website is protected by the industry-leading Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption software so that your order and credit card information are safe and secure. The Body Cabana is the sole owner of all customer information collected on our site. Customer information is used strictly for processing orders. We will in no way sell our customers information to third parties.

Order Cancellations and Changes

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order you must do so before we ship your order out. Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days.

To cancel or make changes to your order you must email us orders@bodycabana.com . Please provide us with your Full Name, Order #, Item # that you want to change and the type of change you would like to make. Please be specific and let us know if you want to change the quantity, size, color, style or material.

*All cancellations and changes must be done before your order is shipped out. *

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes can not be used in combination with other special offers, discounts or promotions and must be entered during your checkout process. Please note that all coupons have expiration dates and will be removed from our website. If at anytime a coupon is still shown on our website we will always refer to the expiration date on the coupon for validation.

Discounts, Special Offers, Promotions

Discounts, special offers and promotions can not be used in combination with Coupon Codes or each other and must be entered during your checkout process. Please note that all discounts, special offers and promotions have expiration dates and will be removed from our website. If at anytime a discount, special offer or promotion is still shown on our website we will always refer to the expiration date for validation.

Payment Information

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Pay-Pal.

Please be sure that you provide us with the correct credit card number, billing address, shipping address and phone number that your credit card company has on file for you. Insufficient or missing information can delay the processing of your order. All orders will ship once payment is received.

If we have any problems processing payment for your order we will contact you. Please be sure you provide us with a valid phone number and email address.

Sales Tax Policy

The Body Cabana is located in Texas and is therefore required by law to charge sales tax to all orders shipped in Texas. This amount will be added to your order at the time of checkout. We do not charge sales tax to orders shipped outside of Texas.

Shipping Information

We use UPS and USPS for our delivery services and only ship within the United States and Canada. Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the weight and destination of your order. Please Note: UPS is not available as a shipping method for customers in Alaska or Hawaii. Customers shipping to Alaska or Hawaii must choose USPS Priority Mail (Domestic) as the shipping method at checkout.

Please note: We cannot guarantee that USPS Track and Confirm will be available when shipping with USPS. If you need to track your package please choose UPS as your shipping method.

Upon occasion packages may be returned to us as undeliverable. If this happens we will contact to you to let you know that your package was sent back to us. If you would like to have your order reshipped you will be instructed to provide us with a different address. If you decide you do not wish to have your order reshipped we will credit your order back less any shipping/handling charges. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

There may also be occasions where your package may be lost, stolen or even damaged during shipment. The Body Cabana is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during shipment.

Orders shipped within the United States and Canada

The general time frame for USPS shipping within the United States and Canada is as follows (this does not include our processing times):

      USPS First-Class Mail = 7-14 Business Days
      USPS Priority Mail = 2-3 Business Days
      USPS Express Mail = 2-3 Business Days


The general time frame for UPS shipping within the United States and Canada is as follows (this does not include our processing times):

      UPS Ground = 3-7 Business Days
      UPS 3 Day Air = Up to 3 Business Days
      UPS 2 Day Air = Up to 2 Business Days
      UPS Next Day Air = Up to 1 Business Day


FREE SHIPPING!!!

We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders over $25.00 when shipped in the United States. Note: U.S. Customers must choose USPS Priority Mail Shipping Domestic as the shipping method in checkout when shipping in order to receive free shipping.

As noted above: We cannot guarantee that USPS Track and Confirm will be available when shipping with USPS. If you need to track your package please choose UPS as your shipping method.

Please note that all orders shipped outside the United States are subject to shipping charges. Free shipping does not apply for orders outside the United States.

Return/Exchange Policy

We DO NOT accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES unless it is the result of a manufacturers defect. Due to health and sanitary reasons we cannot under any circumstances accept returns of body jewelry that have been UNSEALED and/or WORN. Please inspect the item through the clear packaging BEFORE you open the seal. If you have a problem with your order you must notify The Body Cabana within 7 days of your order receipt.

The Body Cabana has the right to refuse all returns or exchanges if the merchandise is returned damaged, in poor condition, unsealed or not the result of a manufactures defect. All delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable. The Body Cabana is not responsible for non receipt of returned merchandise.

All returns and exchanges must be approved by The Body Cabana and have an authorized RMA Number. Any merchandise received without our consent and/or authorized RMA Number will not be issued a refund or exchange. Please allow 14 days for us to process your return. Please be sure to provide us with a current email address so that we may notify you when we have shipped your replacement.

For customers returning/exchanging your merchandise please note that it is the customers responsibility to ship the product back to us. Customers will also be responsible for any and all shipping costs involved in returning/exchanging the item(s). The Body Cabana will not pay for any shipping cost associated with returning/exchanges. Any and all return/exchanged items sent back to the customer will incur new shipping charges and will be added on to the product price.

The Body Cabana is not responsible for the replacement of body jewelry that was ordered in the wrong color, style, material, or size. We will not replace body jewelry that was damaged by cleaning or over-tightening. Damaged acrylic balls from alcohol cleaning will not be replaced. Threaded balls on all jewelry should be checked often to make sure they have not come loose. NO EXCEPTIONS!

RMA Request

In order for us to determine if your order can be returned or exchanged please email us at returns@bodycabana.com . Please include:

      Full Name
      Order #
      Item #
      State whether you are returning or exchanging your item
      Reason for your return or exchange.
      Purchase Date.
      Email Address
      If exchanging, please state the item# you wish to exchange it with

Please allow 1-2 days for us to review your request. Once we have reviewed your request you will be given an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number if the merchandise in question is believed to be caused by a manufacturers defect. Incomplete information may delay your RMA Request, so please be sure you submit all requested information as instructed above. Once an RMA number is issued, we MUST receive the product within 10 days of the date the RMA number was issued. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES we will issue any refunds or exchanges after these 10 days!

Return Instructions

* All merchandise must be returned in its ORIGINAL SEALED packaging. * Be sure you include your RMA Number on the outside of the package. * Please include a copy of your sales receipt. (Incomplete information may delay your return, so please be sure you submit all requested information as instructed above.)
